Hey There! I’m Leah.

I’m a Pilates teacher and personal trainer that absolutely LOVES seeing her clients become inspired to live a fit and independent lifestyle.

I believe we all have the potential to awaken a deep and happy relationship with our bodies and that movement heals. My number one priority is for my clients to know what a movement should feel like, how to initiate every movement with connection to the core, and master perfect technique.

I’m inspired by Joseph Pilates’ philosophy that “a healthy body is the first requisite of happiness.” My workouts teach clients teach the mastery of mind over matter by blending Pilates, Yoga, and calisthenics - simple exercise styles that require minimal equipment and deliver BIG changes.

The benefits of my approach to exercise are sleek sculpted muscles, injury prevention, improved coordination and balance, increased mobility a return to your love of movement that will make you WANT to work out.
